Return and Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges Eligibility

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. While we strive to offer unique and limited items, we do accept returns or exchanges in the event that an item is defective or damaged. However, please note that we cannot facilitate refunds or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect sizing. To assist you in making informed decisions, we always provide a detailed size chart for your reference. Kindly make your selections carefully, as we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or Flawed Items

If you believe you've received a defective or flawed item, we offer a 7-day window for returns starting from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, complete with all tags attached. Please reach out to us at miamielclothingco@yahoo.com within this timeframe, providing details of the defect along with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.

Exchange Process

For defective or flawed items, we will gladly exchange your purchase if replacement stock is available. In the rare event that an exchange isn't possible, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds Processing

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting the defect, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm receipt. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days.
