Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

Ready to ship products will be shipped within 7 business days unless it is ordered with a preordered item.  Your order will ship together when all of the items are ready to ship.  For this reason we recommend that you order ready to ship items separately from preordered items.

Preordered items will state the production estimated time.  Once the product is received by us, they will ship within 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification from us.  Please allow 7-14 days from the time the item was shipped to receive your items.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

You have the option of using Route Shipping Insurance.  This is a small fee that will cover your order if it is lost or stolen on it's way to you.  Once your order has been shipped, Mia Miel Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. You will need to contact Route or your postal carrier to file a claim.  We highly recommend that you use this service.
